Field Service

Factory-trained technicians are available for on-site service of Daytronic's products.  Customers requiring this service should contact the Daytronic Customer Service Manager to set up a service schedule.  They will be required to provide

  1. Sales order number under which equipment was originally purchased; or purchase order number and name of company making original purchase

  2. Approximate date of receipt of equipment

  3. Model numbers of all equipment to be serviced

  4. Warranty status according to customer's records

  5. Description of problem

  6. Date serviceperson is required

  7. Name of the person whom the service person is to contact upon arrival

For the price of on-site service, contact the factory.  Note that a purchase order must be issued prior to departure of the serviceperson.
