- Model 3178- A simple, high-quality signal conditioner for an AC Strain Gage input. Being in Form 1 of the 3000 Instrument Series, the Model 3178 is intended for applications involving transformer coupling to the transducer bridge (as with rotary-transformer torque sensors). This unit is designed to reject extraneous voltages that can cause erros in DC systems, particularly when there is a need to "blow up" a portion of the transducer range.
