Field Service
Factory-trained technicians are available for on-site service of Daytronic's products. Customers requiring this service should contact the Daytronic Customer Service Manager to set up a service schedule. They will be required to provide
- Sales order number under which equipment was originally purchased; or purchase order number and name of company making original purchase
- Approximate date of receipt of equipment
- Model numbers of all equipment to be serviced
- Warranty status according to customer's records
- Description of problem
- Date serviceperson is required
- Name of the person whom the service person is to contact upon arrival
For the price of on-site service, contact the factory. Note that a purchase order must be issued prior to departure of the serviceperson.
