Model 10BIP232 Interface Processor Card

Working in conjunction with the Model 10BCP200, the 10BIP232 contains the A/D converter, bus drivers, diagnostic indicators and RS-232 communications to the front accessed keyboard and computer port for the System 10. The 10BIP232 card does not contain any memory; hence no configuration data is maintained on this card and is interchangeable between System10 chassis without regard to any upload/download process. Note, like the 10BCP200, the 10BIP232 has a designated “B” slot that it must reside. Mis- placement of the card will cause damage to the card or to the mainframe or both.
