4K/SPC-62

4K/SPC-62

Based on the "Standard Input" Model 4030, 4032, 4060, 4062, or 4077, each "4K/SPC" instrument provides true, on-line SPC in either bit-controlled operation (for discrete parts) or time-controlled operation (for continuous processes).

This is "true" SPC because it ensures a stable process not just within fixed "spec-determined" setpoints, but also within natural control limits continuously calculated from the process spread, using "±3-sigma" conventions.

4K/SPC-60

4K/SPC-60

Based on the "Standard Input" Model 4030, 4032, 4060, 4062, or 4077, each "4K/SPC" instrument provides true, on-line SPC in either bit-controlled operation (for discrete parts) or time-controlled operation (for continuous processes).

This is "true" SPC because it ensures a stable process not just within fixed "spec-determined" setpoints, but also within natural control limits continuously calculated from the process spread, using "±3-sigma" conventions.

4K/SPC-32

4K/SPC-32

Based on the "Standard Input" Model 4030, 4032, 4060, 4062, or 4077, each "4K/SPC" instrument provides true, on-line SPC in either bit-controlled operation (for discrete parts) or time-controlled operation (for continuous processes).

4K/SPC-30

4K/SPC-30

Based on the "Standard Input" Model 4030, 4032, 4060, 4062, or 4077, each "4K/SPC" instrument provides true, on-line SPC in either bit-controlled operation (for discrete parts) or time-controlled operation (for continuous processes).

4K/HP

4K/HP

Based on both the Model 4040 Frequency Instrument and the Model 4078 AC Strain Gage Instrument, the Model 4K/HP is a two-channel instrument for accurate measurement of TORQUE, RPM, and HORSEPOWER.

Like the analog input of the 4078, the 4K/HP's torque input channel is of phase-sensitive carrier-amplifier design, and accepts a force-measurement signal from a conventional strain gage transducer with a 4-arm bridge of nominal 350 Ω or higher, and a full-scale range of 0.75, 1.50, or 3.00 mV/V.

4078

4078

Being a phase-sensitive carrier-demodulator instrument (rather than fully DC), the single-channel Model 4078 is intended for applications involving transformer coupling to the transducer bridge (as with rotary-transformer torque sensors) and for applications requiring high sensitivity with optimum signal-to-noise characteristics—as, for example, where the electrical environment is especially noisy and there is a need for high amplification of low signal levels.

4077

4077

The single-channel Model 4077 is a versatile general-purpose instrument for input of pressure, force, torque, weight, and other variables measured by DC-excited strain gage transducers.

4060

4060

The single-channel Model 4060 is a wide-range, general-purpose instrument for conditioning, displaying, and monitoring the signal received from an external two-wire DC or AC voltage source.  The input signal may also represent output from some other instrument or instrument system.  Excitation of ±15 VDC is supplied for sources that require it (DC-to-DC LVDT's, potentiometer-type sensors, etc.).

4040

4040

The single-channel Model 4040 is used for measurement of flow, rpm, and other phenomena that can be sensed by pulse transformer transducers with two-wire isolated windings (tachometer pickups, turbine flowmeters, etc.), transistor or logic-circuit drivers, "zero-velocity" (true digital output) sensors, and similar frequency-generating transducers.

4032

4032

The Model 4030 or 4032 AC LVDT Conditioner/Indicator/ Controller accurately measures displacement, force, pressure, and other parameters obtained with a 5- or 7-wire LVDT sensor or with a 3- or 5-wire variable reluctance transducer.

The Model 4030 is a single-channel instrument, and has standard input provisions for "long-stroke" LVDT's (full-scale range of ±1 inch or greater).  The Model 4032 can accommodate either one or two inputs, either or both of which may be reconfigured for "long-stroke" LVDT's (contact the factory for details).
