These instruments accept inputs from various analog voltage sources, including DC-to-DC LVDT's, potentiometer-type sensors, Hall-Effect devices, photocells, current shunts, and the outputs of other instrument systems with various grounding configurations and voltage/impedance levels.

Based on the "Standard Input" Model 4030, 4032, 4060, 4062, or 4077, each "4K/SPC" instrument provides true, on-line SPC in either bit-controlled operation (for discrete parts) or time-controlled operation (for continuous processes). 

This is "true" SPC because it ensures a stable process not just within fixed "spec-determined" setpoints, but also within natural control limits continuously calculated from the process spread, using "±3-sigma" conventions.

The single-channel Model 4060 is a wide-range, general-purpose instrument for conditioning, displaying, and monitoring the signal received from an external two-wire DC or AC voltage source.  The input signal may also represent output from some other instrument or instrument system.  Excitation of ±15 VDC is supplied for sources that require it (DC-to-DC LVDT's, potentiometer-type sensors, etc.).

The Model 3560 Voltage Conditioner is a general-purpose instrument for conditioning, displaying, and monitoring the signal received from a DC-to-DC LVDT, potentiometer-type sensor, or other external two-wire voltage source, either floating or grounded.  The input signal may also represent output from some other instrument or instrument system.  ±12 V excitation is supplied for sources that require it.

Used as a direct-reading DC voltmeter, this Digital Panel Meter (DPM) model provides a full-scale readout of ±20,000 counts (selectable fixed zero or active least significant digit) and five full-scale voltage ranges/resolutions (see Specifications).  Accuracy is 99.99% of full scale ± 1 count. To minimize the load on the voltage signal, a high input impedance is provided (up to 1 GΩ for the 200.00-mV and 2.000-V ranges).  The maximum voltage which can be applied on the 20, 200, and 660 V-DC range is 660 V-AC.
